SCHOOL PROJECT DESTROYED BY VANDALS

Tuesday May 1^st, Seaside Police responded to a Criminal Mischief complaint at Seaside Heights Elementary. Sometime during the previous Monday afternoon or evening someone destroyed a bridge and several bird houses next to the schools soccer field. While the bridge had been there for several years, the bird houses were a project of the 5^th Grade class as part of the Arbor Day celebration. The kids were very disappointed to learn all their hard work was destroyed by vandals.

The Seaside Police Department is asking for the publics help in identifying those responsible for the damage. If you have any information concerning the damage to the bridge or bird houses, you are asked to call the Seaside Police Department at 738-6311.
