FOOT CHASE ENDS IN ARREST
Sunday afternoon at approximately 1:15 p.m. a Seaside
Officer observe Scott A McKinnon, age 28 of
When the officer made contact, McKinnon was stuffing something in the seat cushion in one of the booths. When the office tried to make the arrest, McKinnon resisted by running out the front door. The officer was able to catch him and take him into custody a short distance away.
