BICYCLE RODEO & FREE SWIM

SATURDAY MAY 12^TH IN SEASIDE

It is time to mark you calendar for Saturday May 12^th for the Seaside Police Bicycle Safety Rodeo and free swim at Sunset Empire Park & Recreation Pool. The Seaside Police Department, Sunset Empire Park & Recreation, Safe Kids North Coast, Oregon Department of Transportation, and Community Cycling Center are sponsoring the bike rodeo in front of Broadway Middle School from 9:30 – 11:00 am on Saturday May 12^th.

The rodeo is open to anyone in the Seaside School District and will include a bicycle inspection, helmet inspection with free helmets and skill course. All those that complete the skills course will be eligible for prizes to be given away including two new bicycles. Sunset Empire Park & Recreation will conduct a bicycle ride after the rodeo and has even included a free swim from 1-4 p.m. for those who still have some energy left.

It will be a Saturday of fun for kids of all ages so don’t miss out. That’s Saturday, May 12^th starting at 9:30 a.m. at Broadway School. We hope to see everyone there.
